Small web apps that replace the shared spreadsheet.
Quote calculators, lead pipelines, partner rate databases and bookkeeping. Narrow tools built around how your business actually runs, with no per-seat subscription.
Three phone calls, replaced by one search.

The tools we build most.
Off-the-shelf software makes you run your business its way and charges per person for the privilege. The tools we build do one job each, fast, for the person on the phone with a client waiting.
They run in a browser, work on an office laptop and a phone in a car, and hold your logic: your hourly minimums, your surcharges, your rate cards, your partners. Instead of a generic template.
We have already built the quote calculator, the affiliate rate database, the lead pipeline and the bookkeeping app for operators in this sector, which means your build starts from something that works rather than a blank page.
What you get.
Pricing that comes out the same every time
Your rate logic encoded once. Hourly minimums, transfer rates, wait time, tolls, gratuity, seasonal surcharges: so any staff member quotes the same number in seconds.
- Rate logic
- Instant quotes
- Emailed confirmations
Nothing falls through
Web form to captured lead to follow-up in one view, so an inquiry taken at 11pm is still worked the next morning.
- Lead capture
- Status tracking
- Assignment
Partner pricing, searchable
Affiliate and farm-out rates by city, partner and vehicle class. So a quote takes seconds instead of three phone calls.
- City & partner search
- Vehicle classes
- Markup rules
Invoices, payments, reconciliation
A self-contained ledger for a service operation: invoices out, payments in, reconciliation, and exports your accountant will accept.
- Invoicing
- Payment tracking
- Reconciliation
How a tool gets built.
Watch the work
We walk through the process as it happens today, including the spreadsheet and the workaround everyone uses.
Blueprint
Screens, rules and data written down and priced before anything is built.
Build in the open
You use a working version early and tell us where it fights you.
Train and hand over
Your team is walked through it, and the tool and its data belong to you.
Answered before you ask.
What does a custom tool cost compared to off-the-shelf software?
A tool is a one-time project fee plus hosting, where software is a monthly charge per person forever. For a team of five or more, a focused tool usually pays for itself inside the first year: and it keeps working exactly the way you set it up.
Can it connect to the systems we already use?
Usually yes, if the other system offers an API or scheduled exports. We confirm what is possible during scoping rather than promising it in advance.
Who owns the data?
You do. It lives in your hosting account and exports to standard formats whenever you ask.
Can you start with just one tool?
That is the recommended way. One narrow tool that people actually use beats a platform nobody opens.
What is the spreadsheet everyone is tired of?
